1.⁠ ⁠Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the ‘Learning Platform Business English’ by students (“Users”). By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement. 

2.⁠ ⁠Ownership of Content

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio materials, software, and any other multimedia elements (collectively, “Content”), is the intellectual property AYAN HOLDINGS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.⁠ ⁠User Rights and Responsibilities

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal educational purposes only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any Content without explicit written permission from AYAN HOLDINGS. Users agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4.⁠ ⁠User-Generated Content

If Users upload or submit any original content to the Platform (“User Content”), they grant AYAN HOLDINGS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

5.⁠ ⁠Respect for Others’ Rights

Users must respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of others. Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that they do not own or have permission to use.

6.⁠ ⁠Termination

AYAN HOLDINGS reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform for Users who violate this Agreement or engage in any unauthorized use of the Content.

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

AYAN HOLDINGS shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.⁠ ⁠Changes to the Agreement

AYAN HOLDINGS reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Learning Platform Business English, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Copyright Agreement.
